Double
Wall
All corner and centre sections are now re-enforced with double
thickness off tube. This makes the corner and centre sections
much stronger than they have ever been before with very little
difference in weight. |
|

|
Welded
Sections
Corners and centre sections are fully MIG welded for maximum
strength. This is by far the strongest method to be used with
steel tubes, just ask a motor cycle manufacurer. |

|
Telescopic
Sections
Legs
and roof poles all have telescopic adjustment to obtain the
best fit. Moulded clamps with a wing nut make light work of
tensioning these sections. |

|
Swaged
Joints
The rest off the frame work fits together with swaged joints.
A reduced end slides inside the female end of the following
tube. Not only is this the most straight forward way to do it,
it means replacing individual tubes is no problem. Why buy 5
sections connected together when you can by one tube at a fraction
of the cost. |

Bracket
Pads
No scewing to the Caravan is needed with the NR Bracket
Pad which locks onto a secondary cord in the canvas.
